By downloading, installing, or using CloserLab ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
CloserLab is a sales objection roleplay practice app for iOS. The app generates AI-powered buyer personas, conducts text and voice roleplays, and provides coaching feedback. CloserLab is a training tool intended for personal practice. It is not a substitute for real-world sales experience, professional coaching, or business advice.
The buyer personas, objections, replies, scores, and coaching feedback in CloserLab are generated by third-party AI models (Google Gemini for text, OpenAI for speech-to-text, and Fish Audio for text-to-speech voice synthesis). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for any particular use case. You are responsible for evaluating whether the practice and feedback are appropriate for your sales context. CloserLab does not guarantee outcomes, including but not limited to deals closed, revenue earned, or career advancement.
By using voice mode, you consent to your spoken audio being recorded on-device and transmitted to OpenAI for transcription, and to the AI buyer's reply text being transmitted to Fish Audio for text-to-speech synthesis. Do not speak personal, confidential, or sensitive information about real prospects or customers — only use sales scripts and practice content.
CloserLab offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans ("CloserLab Pro") that unlock unlimited roleplays. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
CloserLab includes a free tier that allows one full roleplay so you can evaluate the app. Additional roleplays require a CloserLab Pro subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Visit Apple Support to request a refund.
You retain ownership of the offer information, transcripts, and custom objections you enter into CloserLab. You grant CloserLab a limited license to process this content through our AI providers solely to deliver app features to you. Your content is stored locally on your device, with transient processing on our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use CloserLab to generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others. You agree not to upload transcripts that contain confidential third-party information without authorization. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the app's subscription or rate-limiting systems.
All design, code, content, and branding in CloserLab are the property of Anthony Calise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without written permission. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal practice use only.
CloserLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to business outcomes, deal outcomes, financial losses, data loss, or service interruptions. Your use of the app and your reliance on any AI-generated coaching feedback is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
