Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ChartCheck ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

ChartCheck is an educational tool that analyzes screenshots and photos of trading charts you submit and returns AI-generated technical analysis — trend and structure, support and resistance, chart and candlestick patterns, indicator readings, and a plain-language summary — tailored to the trading profile you set up in the app.

Not Financial Advice

ChartCheck is for informational and educational purposes only and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the app constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, currency, commodity, derivative, or other financial instrument. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional before making any trading or investment decision.

Trading Risk

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance and chart patterns are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make and for any resulting gains or losses. We are not liable for any financial loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app.

AI Analysis Accuracy

Analyses are generated by automated image analysis and are best-effort interpretations of the image you submit. They may contain errors, may misread prices, labels, or indicators, and may omit features that are not legible in your image. Do not rely on AI analysis as authoritative or complete.

Subscriptions

ChartCheck requires an auto-renewable subscription to use the app. The subscription is offered as a weekly plan ($6.99 per week, with an introductory price of $0.99 for the first week for eligible new subscribers) and a yearly plan ($39.99 per year). A discounted yearly plan may be offered to users who have not yet subscribed. Current pricing is always shown in the app before you subscribe. Chart analyses are subject to fair-use limits. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Introductory prices and free trials, if offered, are available once per Apple ID and automatically convert to the regular price unless canceled before the introductory period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Visit Apple Support to request a refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to violate any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Abuse or attempt to overload our backend services, including automated or excessive analysis requests
• Submit images you do not have the right to use
• Present the app's output to others as professional financial advice

User Content

Images you submit for analysis are processed by our backend and Google Gemini as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to the images you submit, and we do not claim ownership of them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you submit.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in ChartCheck are the property of Anthony Calise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ChartCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to trading or investment losses, inaccurate or incomplete AI analysis, data loss, or service interruptions. Your use of the app and reliance on its content is at your own risk.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
