Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ArmForge ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

ArmForge rates your arms from a photo, builds a personal arm training plan around your weakest areas, logs your workouts, and offers an AI coach for training questions.

Physical Activity and Assumption of Risk

ArmForge involves resistance training, including lifting weights and bodyweight exercises. By using the app you confirm that you are in adequate physical condition to exercise and that you participate at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, joint or tendon problems, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any other medical condition. Use proper form, choose weights you can control, use a spotter where appropriate, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. We are not liable for any injury to you, to others, or to property arising from your exercise.

Not Medical or Professional Advice

ArmForge is provided for general fitness and motivational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or physical therapy advice, and it does not replace a qualified personal trainer, coach, or healthcare professional. Coach replies about nutrition, recovery, or supplements are general information only.

AI Score and Coach Accuracy

Arm scores are generated by automated analysis of a single photo and are best-effort estimates. Lighting, angle, pose, and clothing all affect the result, and scores can vary between scans. Scores are not a measurement of body fat, muscle mass, or health. AI coach replies may contain errors; do not rely on them as authoritative advice. Projected progress shown in the app is illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

Subscriptions

ArmForge offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock the app's full functionality, including full scan results, your personal plan, and the AI coach. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you purchase, and some plans may include a free trial or an introductory price. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of your plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Visit Apple Support to request a refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Abuse or attempt to overload our backend services, including automated or excessive scan or coach requests
• Submit photos of other people without their consent, photos of minors, or sexually explicit content
• Use offensive or abusive language in your name or coach messages

User Content

Photos you scan and messages you send to the coach are processed by our backend and Google Gemini as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your photos and messages, and we do not claim ownership of them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any photo you scan.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, exercise illustrations, and branding in ArmForge are the property of Anthony Calise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ArmForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, inaccurate scores or coach replies, missed notifications, data loss, or service interruptions. Your use of the app and reliance on its content is at your own risk.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
