TikTok Publisher ("the integration") is a private posting tool operated by Anthony Calise ("operator") for use only with TikTok accounts owned and operated by the operator. The integration is not offered as a product or service to any third party. There are no users to bind to terms other than the operator.
The operator agrees to use the integration in compliance with the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the Content Sharing Guidelines, and all applicable platform policies. The operator will not use the integration to spam, impersonate, harass, infringe intellectual property, or post prohibited content.
The operator agrees to respect TikTok's published rate limits and unaudited-client restrictions, including but not limited to per-account daily post caps and the SELF_ONLY visibility requirement that applies until the integration completes TikTok's audit process.
The integration is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator accepts all risk associated with running it, including the possibility of failed posts, rate-limit errors, account suspensions, or token expiration.
All content published through the integration (images, captions, hashtags) is created or licensed by the operator. The integration itself is private and not licensed for use by others.
The operator may stop using the integration at any time by revoking the OAuth grants in TikTok settings and discarding stored tokens.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
