Introvert is a daily challenge app designed to help users gradually build social confidence and step outside their comfort zone. The app provides challenges, a streak system, and optional subscription features. Introvert is not a therapy service, mental health tool, or substitute for professional care.
Introvert provides general self-improvement suggestions for entertainment and educational purposes. The challenges are not designed, reviewed, or endorsed by licensed therapists or mental health professionals. If you experience significant anxiety, distress, or other concerns related to social situations, please consult a qualified healthcare provider. Do not disregard professional advice because of content provided in the app.
Introvert offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans ("Introvert Pro") that unlock additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Introvert also offers optional one-time purchases, such as the $0.99 Streak Rescue, which are non-refundable once used. All one-time purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Visit Apple Support to request a refund.
Any data you generate in Introvert (completed challenges, streaks, preferences) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.
All content, design, code, challenge library, and branding in Introvert are the property of Anthony Calise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without written permission.
You agree not to use Introvert in a manner that is illegal, harmful to others, or contrary to the spirit of gradual self-improvement. Challenges are intended as gentle personal practice and should never involve harassing, deceiving, or harming other people.
Introvert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to emotional outcomes, social outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions. Your use of the app and participation in any challenge is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
