Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Coach Dink ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Coach Dink is a pickleball coaching tool. It analyzes videos of your games and shots with AI and returns coaching feedback, a skill rating estimate, drills, and a training plan.

Not an Official Rating

The rating shown in the app is an estimate generated by Coach Dink for training purposes. It is not an official rating from any pickleball organization or rating system and should not be submitted or represented as one.

AI Analysis Accuracy

Reports are generated by automated video analysis and are best-effort interpretations of the footage you submit. They may contain errors, may misidentify players or shots, and may miss things that are not clearly visible in the video. Do not rely on AI analysis as authoritative or complete.

Health and Safety

Pickleball and the drills in the app involve physical activity and a risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, warm up properly, and play within your limits. You are responsible for your own safety while practicing or playing, including where you place your phone or tripod.

Subscriptions

Coach Dink requires an auto-renewable subscription to use its features. The subscription is offered as a yearly plan ($49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) and a weekly plan ($4.99 per week). A discounted yearly plan may be offered to users who have not yet subscribed. Current pricing is always shown in the app before you subscribe, in your local currency. Video analyses are subject to fair-use limits. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you start one.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Free trials are available once per Apple ID and automatically convert to the regular price unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Visit Apple Support to request a refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit videos you do not have the right to use or share, or that contain content unrelated to pickleball
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Abuse or attempt to overload our backend services, including automated or excessive analysis requests

User Content

Videos you submit for analysis are processed by our backend and Google Gemini as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to the videos you submit, and we do not claim ownership of them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any video, including footage that shows other people.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in Coach Dink are the property of Anthony Calise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Coach Dink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury, inaccurate or incomplete AI analysis, data loss, or service interruptions. Your use of the app and reliance on its content is at your own risk.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
