Acalise Publisher ("the integration") is a publishing tool that posts photo carousels and short videos to TikTok via the Content Posting API. By authorizing the integration on a TikTok account, the account holder agrees to these terms.
Use of the integration must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the Content Sharing Guidelines, and all applicable platform policies. The integration may not be used to spam, impersonate, harass, infringe intellectual property, or post prohibited content.
Use of the integration is subject to TikTok’s published rate limits and unaudited-client restrictions, including but not limited to per-account daily post caps and the SELF_ONLY visibility requirement that applies until the integration completes TikTok’s audit process.
The integration is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. All risk associated with running it is accepted by the user, including the possibility of failed posts, rate-limit errors, account suspensions, or token expiration.
All content published through the integration (images, captions, hashtags) must be created or licensed by the publishing user.
Access can be revoked at any time by removing the OAuth grants in TikTok settings.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
